SPC has issued the above mesoscale depiction. Essentially I am right in the center of that. Thinks look to be right on track. I’ll probably hit the road here shortly and get a late lunch and maybe meander to the west a bit. LIVE ChaseCam should be up and running shortly.
SPC stated they will be going with a Moderate Risk on the next update. This owing of course to the rapid moisture return. It’s looking like the factor in question is arriving right on schedule. Dewpoints here shot up recently, my weather station showed 61F dewpoint not too long ago.
I expect a long afternoon and night.
