Well here we are, on the road headed for Hurricane Ike.  We have a room tonight in Victoria, TX so we are already going to be a lot more rested than we were for the Gustav trip.  Plan is to get out tomorrow and do some ENG video work and get in position for what right now looks to be a pre-dawn landfall. Hopefully that will slow up a few hours and bring the worst in during daylight.

Evacuations area already underway on the coast so we expect to see the usual mass exodus heading northward the closer we get.

More updates to come.  We will also be doing the video blogs again this time, and you can also track us and watch the LIVE ChaseCam over on SevereStudios.com. We’ll have the camera up and running probably tomorrow.

Here is a clip package that was sent out to the media. Finally back home now and had some rest but STILL very exhausted and tired. I suspect it will be days before I feel back to normal. I will try and put up some more clips when I feel a bit more rested.
