We watched the video on the newscast that night, but I cannot remember when it happened, I do remember it being near Snyder and that it was a Basic Energy Services Disposal. The reason I'm asking is that I have a meeting in Austin with the railroad commission about a permit for Basic Services to place a disposal between my house and my neighbors houses WE are against it. We feel that (720' 6" from where tanks are to be set to my back door)it will be entirely to close and extremely dangerous for us. We are trying to get the permits stopped and ask that they move it somewhere else that has no occupied residences with in a least a mile of it.
