		<description>You gotta do something Jim, don&#039;t just vent on here. I hate bad service and this situation is unacceptable. I would write a nice long letter to corporate and send a CC to the manager at that location. This would be the lightest approach, but sure would make me feel better.

Dewdrop and Graham are right. Take it up the chain of command. You may not ever walk into a Pizza Hut ever again... heck, I don&#039;t blame you for feeling that way. I wouldn&#039;t go back either. But, they should know exactly what kind of service (crappy) that resturant is providing.

If they offer you a free meal... turn it down, but tell them you&#039;ll take a refund on the $45 you spent for service you didn&#039;t recieve...
